  11. customer and payment terms established, Avanti prints the rental contract.
  12. Exchanging a vehicle, receiving additional deposits, and check-in are easily
  13. accomplished. Powerful inquiries and reports show you vehicle availability,
  14. vehicle rental history by date, outstanding contracts, inventory valuation, and
  15. daily vehicle utilization by type of vehicle. In addition to these standard
  16. reports, you can design your own reports drawing on detailed revenue,
  17. maintenance cost, investment cost, and vehicle description data.
